Formation in Discernment
We train priests, seminarians, and parish and diocesan leaders at all levels to facilitate the discernment of charisms and personal call at the parish and to create a Catholic culture of discernment where it is “normal” for many Catholic adults to be asking “What is God calling me to do with my life?”

Offerings: 

Called & Gifted Workshops (We have versions of the C & G process adapted for parishioners, parish and diocesan staff, Catholic school teachers, DREs and catechists, diocesan priests, seminarians, religious congregations, and young adults.) 

Interviewer Training: Learn how to faciliate the discernment of charisms one-on-one and in small groups.  

Called & Gifted Teacher Training:  parishes and dioceses around the country are developing their own Called & Gifted teaching teams.  

Taste of Called & Gifted (High energy one hour introduction to the discernment process)

There is No Such Thing as Vocational Unemployment (Fun, practical, 1 ½ hour talk on how to discern personal vocation)

How Fostering Discernment in Your Parish Will Change Your Life and the Life of the World  (1 ¼ hour introduction to the practice and life-changing impact of fostering the discernment of charisms in our parishes:  on lay men and women, leaders, the parish community as a whole, and the world.)

The Pastoral Office, Governance, and Facilitating the Discernment of all the Baptized (A 2 hour introduction to the theology and practice of governance and discernment for clergy, seminarians, diocesan and pastoral leaders at all levels).
