Interviewer/Facilitator training is designed for those who have:
Attended a Called & Gifted Workshop
or listened to the Called & Gifted Workshop on CD
Had a one hour gifts interview by a trained Catherine of Siena Interviewer
Done some personal discernment
Spiritual maturity (best if practicing christian for 2 years)
Interviewer Training will teach you:
Your role as an interviewer
How to assist the participant to discern
How to be an "active listener"
How to help a participant recognize patterns in their lives
Interviewer/Facilitator training will teach you how to facilitate the Called & Gifted workshop in your church. |
