Interviewer Facilitator training: this two day course will help you learn how to conduct the one hour spiritual gifts interview and also how to better facilitate the small group discernment process in your own church. Prerequisites for attending the Interviewer Training:
Attended the Called & Gifted workshop or listened to the workshop on CD
Taken the Catholic Spiritual Gifts Inventory
Had a one hour gifts interview by a trained CSI interviewer
Done some personal discernment
