Presenters:

Sherry Anne Weddell, M.A.--

created the first gifts discernment process for Catholics in 1993. Since then, Sherry has conducted adult formation workshops for tens of thousands of lay and ordained Catholics in
80 dioceses on four continents. She founded the Catherine of Siena Institute with Michael Sweeney, O.P. in 1997.

Michael Fones, O.P.--

current co-Director of the Institute, worked for 12 years in Newman ministry and as a pastor and associate pastor before joining the Institute in 2004. Since then, he has conducted workshops on gifts discernment and lay formation for thousands of Catholics in North America and Australia. Fr. Mike has a particular interest in fostering intentional discipleship and spiritual maturity through mentoring and small Christian communities.
