Bring Called & Gifted 

to your parish or diocese: 

Step-by-Step

• Part One: The Introductory Workshop is available online; in a local parish or diocese small group with CSI trained Group leaders; or you can bring a team of CSI presenters in to offer a workshop for your parish or diocese. 
• Part Two: The Gifts Interview is available over phone or Zoom by a CSI interviewer. There is a modest fee (currently $50) associated with the gifts interview. You can order yours here.
• Part three: Discernment in Depth. All you need is in the Complete Resource Manual which you received when you completed the Introductory Workshop. Part Three will guide you through this stage which takes approximately 6-8 weeks to complete.

You've decided you want to make the Called & Gifted Discernment Process a part of the life of your community! Great!

You will need a team of interviewers and group leaders to sustain the process in your setting. 

Each team member will need to complete Team Training. It can be accomplished one of two ways:

1. Each person completes Virtual Team Training available on a regular basis from CSI. 
2. Host Team Training yourselves. The first half is conducted virtually; the second in person. Depending upon the number of interviewers and groups leaders you will need, this may be a better option for your area. Consult our pricing page for information on associated costs.

Once you have your team trained and ready to go, set up a consultation with Katherine to coach your team through planning your launch. 

Part One: You can lead your own groups through the introductory workshop using the videos, or schedule a live workshop with CSI presenters to launch the process in your setting. We will walk you through the pros, cons and costs of the two options to help you make the best decision for your community.

Part Two: You conduct your gifts interviews yourselves. What you charge, if you charge is entirely up to you. If you charge, you keep all the proceeds and owe us nothing. 

Part Three: Team members lead the discernment groups. As you wind down your interviews and prepare for Part Three, reach out to us. We are here to coach you through your first round of Discernment in Depth!
